1. How Long are your business hours?
a. Elim Jewelry is opened Monday~Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time.
2. How long does it take to produce the name necklace?
a. Usually, it takes at least 7-10 business days to produce items depending on the style; however, if there are diamond options, the production process takes longer than usual. After processing time, the shipping method you select will determine the number of business days for delivery.
3. What is Express Processing?
a. It usually takes 7-10business days to produce items since all our jewelries are personalized. If the item is needed in a shorter period of time, choose express shipping which includes: UPS next day, 2day, 3day, and USPS express. Express shipping allows the products to be finished in a shorter period of time compared to regular processed items(7-10business day producing time), but doesn't mean the purchase will be delivered within the express period since the purchase. In other words, shorter production time + delivery option days = express shipping option.
4. Can I just purchase the name plate and attach the chain myself?
a. The name plate is not like a regular pendant. The name plate has two holes, one on each side of the name plate. The chains must be attached to the name plate through a process called soldering. This process means that the rings on the end of the chain must be put into the holes and then melted so that they won't get unattached with the name plate. This process can only be done by our staff or at the local jeweler.
5. How is the item packed?
a. All jewelry is packed in velvet cases. International free shipping items are not packed in cases. Rather, they are packaged in velvet pouches.
6. What is your security policy?
a. If you have any questions regarding security, please read our security policy and privacy policy pages.
7. Where can I purchase a gift certificate?
a. On our Elim Jewelry site, click on customer service and you will see among the categories, eGift Certificate. You can make your gift certificate purchase at this page. Gift certificates range from $50-$500 so give as you wish!
8. What is the ring face size?
a. The face size of the ring is the actual height of the ring.
9. What size chain would be best for children?
a. We recommend the 14 inch chain; however, the size of the chain should depend on the child that will be wearing the necklace. The necklace should fit comfortably, so choose the chain length according to his or her body size.
10. Where is the discount Coupon code?
a. The coupon code is located on the coupon card sent to you with the item you have purchased.
11. Is it possible to have a special symbol inserted in the name plate?
a. It is possible to personalize your name plate with symbols of your choice. You must indicate the symbol you wish to have in the comments box. If there is no comment mentioning the symbol of your choice, the finished item will look like the product shown on our website. The extra fee for the symbol is $10.00.
12. Does the appearance of the actual name plate differ with the website picture?
a. Our products are made based on the website pictures; therefore, the design of the actual name plate does not differ from the design our website picture presents. The lighting and coloring may allow the actual item and the website picture to slightly present a different ambience; however, the actual design will not differ. The product may also give a different impression depending on the size and the name that is on the name plate.
13. Is it possible to put any name on the name plate?
a. Yes. Usually the length and the type of name do not matter in the making of the name plate. However, if the name exceeds 9 letters, the additional letters will have an extra charge of $5.00. The only exception is the Paris Hilton style (SP16,SP69) name necklace in which case the plate can fit up to 16 letters without extra charge. Be sure to spell the name correctly.
14. What is the difference between SP (single plate) and DP (double plate)?
a. SP signifies for a single plate name necklace and DP signifies for a double plate name necklace. The double plate name necklace has two plates attached by small balls. The double plate therefore has a space between the two plates. The double plated name plate has a rather bolder feel to it and is 3 dimensional compared to that of the single name plate.
15. Is it possible to put any name on the name plate?
a. Yes. Our standard name plate fits up to 9 letters and therefore usually the length and the type of name do not cause a problem in the making of the name plate. However, if the name exceeds 9 letters, the additional letters will have an extra charge of $5.00 which is automatically calculated in the shopping card. The only exception is the Paris Hilton style (SP16,SP69) name necklace in which case the plate can fit up to 16 letters without extra charge. Be sure to spell the name correctly.
16. What is the most popular design Elim Jewelry carries?
a. Elim Jewelry carries over 500 different styles; however, the most popular styles are part of our Carrie Collection. Our Carrie name necklaces are the most popular and have also been promoted by the E-Channel.
17. Is it possible to have a product specially sized?
a. Elim Jewelry has a ¡°Special Order¡± section where our customers can specially order certain sizes and styles that are not promoted on our website. If you need an initial pendant larger than the ones shown on our website, simply place your order under ¡°Special Order¡± and you will be able to personalize the item. Our specialist will contact you for further information.
18. How can I place a group order?
a. If you wish to order for a large group, your order should be placed under ¡°Group Order¡± and also speak with our specialist.
19. Do you carry 10K gold chains?
a. Yes, we carry 10K Yellow Gold Box and Cable chain only.
20. Can I buy the warranty after I receive my order?
a. Warranties MUST be purchased while placing your order online. Warranties are not available once your order has been processed. Be sure to check the warranty options and warranty policy when you are purchasing your jewelry.
21. How large are the name plates?
a. The measurements of the name plates are located on our website, and they may vary slightly depending on the length of your name.
Order
1. Which item can I get with express processing?
a. Express processing is only limited to certain jewelry pieces. We will process "express" only when you choose the shipping method "UPS Next day" "UPS 2nd day" "UPS 3rd day".
2. Do the billing address and shipping address have to be the same?
a. We encourage our customers to have the billing and shipping addresses match because it eliminates the time of verification with the banks. Only if the billing and shipping addresses match, the order is placed automatically. If they are different, we have to verify with the bank and our customers. Therefore, we ask our customers to enter the same billing and shipping addresses for faster order processing.
3. Is it faster to order online or by phone?
a. Elim Jewelry encourages customers to order online because it is faster and easier and prevents any mistakes that might occur over the phone.
4. Is it possible to get a discount for the first purchase?
a. There is no discount for the first purchase; however, on your second purchase, you will be able to get a 5 % discount by using the coupon code sent to you with your first order.
5. How can I pay for the purchase?
a. Payments are placed with credit cards, paypal, and rarely money order. Checks and cash are not accepted.
6. Do you have a physical retail store to see the actual item so I can pick up the jewelry from the store?
a. No, we only have our website so pick up is not available.
7. How can I open a whole-sale account?
a. If you go to our website, www.elimjewelry.com, there will be a wholesale link at the top of our page. Go into that page and submit your application.
8. I do not own a business; however, I would like to become a retailer. Is this possible?
a. YES! Elim Jewelry's retail positions are not limited to just jewelry businesses. We welcome all those who are interest. Just fill out the application from our wholesale page and submit your application and our wholesale representative will contact you as soon as possible.
Chain
1. Are the chain gold color and the plate gold color the same?
a. There is no chain gold type option on our website; however, the chain gold type will match the color of the plate whether it is indicated or not indicated.
2. How long are the chains?
a. Elim Jewelry has options of 14, 16, 18, and 20 inch chains. However, if these lengths are not what you want, you can request the chains to be longer or shorter. As long you specify the length, Elim Jewelry will be able to satisfy you with the correct chain length. Before ordering the chains, consider the length and width of the name plate. If the name plate has a large width, it is better to go with a thicker chain so that the necklace will look proportionally fit.
3. I received my necklace and I would like to change the chain length. How can I change the chain length?
a. You must send your item back to us within 30 days after you receive it. There are extra fees in this changing process. Remind yourself that there is an extra fee for the chain if the chain needs to be lengthened. Contact our customer service to obtain the return code number before sending your item back to us.
Metal
1. What is a Rhodium Finish?
a. The silver tarnishes due to natural causes, therefore keep silver jewelry in a separate compartment and try to keep them at a constant room temperature. i. Advice: In order to keep the silver from tarnishing, purchase a silver polisher, and clean it once every few weeks (your local jeweler will clean it for you as well). Rhodium is another silvery-white precious metal within the Platinum Group that is plated over white gold or silver to give it that clean, white look. Rhodium electroplating is used, especially on jewelry, to provide a surface that will resist scratches and tarnish, and give a white, reflective appearance.
2. What is the difference between 10K and 14K and 18K?
a. A 10K product has a mixture of 41.7% gold and 14K product has a mixture of 58.5% gold. Finally, an 18K product has a mixture of 75% gold. Because of these differences in gold mixture, the prices vary between a 10K, 14K and an 18K product, making 10K the least expensive and 18K the more expensive.
Stone
1. Where can I place the diamond?
a. We usually put the diamond on "i" or "j".
2. What is the difference between the regular diamond and 2pt diamond?
a. The only difference between our 1 pt diamond and 2pt diamond is the size. The 2pt diamond is twice heavier than our 1 pt diamond. 1pt diamond= 1/100 karat.

1. How can I open a whole-sale account?
a. If you go to our website, www.elimjewelry.com, there will be a wholesale link at the top of our page. Go into that page and submit your application.
2. I do not own a business; however, I would like to become a retailer. Is this possible?

Wrapping
1. Is it possible to put in a message and a card with my purchase?
a. When you are checking out your item and submitting your information, you will see a section for gift wrapping and message. Click on the box if you wish to put in a message with your shipment. There is an extra fee of $9.99 for gift wrapping and message.
Size
1. How can I measure my ring size?
If you are unsure of your ring size, you can go to your local jeweler and ask for a measurement, or if you'd like to measure your ring size, you can follow these 4 easy steps.
i. Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of the finger that will wear the ring.
ii. Mark the point at which the string or paper meets itself.
iii. Use a ruler to measure the length of the string/paper form its tip to the mark you made. This is your finger's measurement.
iv. Using the chart below, match the measurement to your ring size.

Rhodium finish is similar to high finish in terms of resulting in a shiny surface, but specializes additionally in protecting jewelry from corrosion and providing color similar to that of stainless steel. 2. What are the major jewelry finishes?
a. There are three different styles of jewelry finishes:
i. High polish: a process that results in a very smooth and a shiny surface.
ii. Rhodium finish: similar to high finish in terms of resulting in a shiny surface, but specializes additionally in protecting jewelry from corrosion, providing color similar to stainless steel. It's given nick name ¡°looks like diamond¡±, because of its characteristic which seems like diamonds are embedded on its surface.
iii. Florentine Diamond cut- Florentine diamond cut finish is done with a line graver, providing a brushed or striated pattern on a metal's surface. The patterns protect jewelry from scratches that would reduce its reflectivity.

1. How long does USPS free shipping take to deliver the item?
a. The USPS domestic free shipping takes at least 7-10 business days, and USPS international free shipping usually takes 2-3weeks to get delivered, but can also take up to 6 weeks depending on foreign customs. During the holiday season,(e.g. Christmas, New Years, Valentine's Day) the shipping process will take longer.
2. Can the items be shipped internationally?
a. Yes. The items can be shipped internationally. Elim Jewelry offers World Wide USPS free shipping, however, international express shipping is preferred because it saves time and has less chance of mistakes in the delivery process. For the further information please visit the shipping information.
3. What are the shipping options and their prices?
a. We offer few options for shipping. The first is the USPS free shipping which does not have an additional cost. This shipping method takes at least a week. The other options are USPS Express Domestic, USPS Express International, UPS next day, UPS 2nd day, UPS 3rd day, and finally UPS ground. The prices for these shipping methods vary with different destinations; therefore it is best if you apply for a shipping method when making your purchase.
4. How long does it take to ship out internationally?
a. International shipping usually takes at least 2 -3 weeks to get delivered, but can also take up to 6 weeks depending on foreign customs. However, if you choose the international express shipping, it will get to you within 7 business days with an additional charge of $43.
