Returning Merchandise to ElimJewelry.com

Welcome to Elim Jewelry! We at Elim Jewelry highly uphold and respect our customers and their needs. We try our best to provide our customers with pleasant customer service, high quality jewelry, and quick and efficient delivery services. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed for all of Elim Jewelry's services and merchandise. If you have purchased NON PERSONALIZED items and you are not completely satisfied, simply return it to us within 30 days of your receipt of shipment by following these rules:

Return Process

Follow these steps for a successful return process:
1. Call one of our customer service agents at 888-373-1222 and explain the situation and our customer service agents will determine whether it is a returnable item or not.
2. If the item is returnable, our customer service representative will give the customer a RETURN CODE NUMBER. Important: Without this return code number, no refund will be given.
3. When ready to ship the item, put an attention to the Return Department ALONG WITH the return code number written next to the attention.
4. Ship the item via USPS certified mail. Depending on your location, this can take from 1-3 dollars. If requested, we will credit the shipping fee ONLY upon the receipt of the returned item.
5. Once we have the returned item in our possession, we will refund the customer the amount he or she spent on the returned item.
Return payment or credit will be issued upon RECEIPT of the returned item to Elimjewelry.com, LESS a 25% restocking fee.

Note: For a quick and successful return process, please remember to follow these requirements. Following these steps will prevent any mistakes from happening during the return process.

Non-Personalized Items
Non-personalized items include: chains and any jewelry that do not contain letters and that have not been altered in any way.

Personalized Items
All personalized name jewelry including: Name Necklaces, Name Rings, Name Earrings, Name Bracelets, Name Anklets, and all customized, specially ordered, worn, sized jewelry are NOT REFUNDABLE. Issues regarding the design or font style of the name jewelry do not qualify for a refund or credit. Since the products are personalized, they cannot be restocked, even if they are in perfect condition. Therefore, these personalized items cannot be returned for refunds or credits. If personalized items are returned to us without any notification through the phone or e-mail, we hold no obligation to keep the merchandise. In cases like this, no credit or refund will be given, and if the customer wishes to receive the returned item, all shipping and handling charges must be covered by the customer. Only upon mutual agreement will refunds and credits be given. If the product is free of defects on the manufacturer's part, we will neither accept the return, nor re-credit the customer.

Order Cancellation
Customers may only cancel merchandise within 24 hours of the placement of the order. Since we produce personalized items, it may be too late to cancel once the production takes place. Be sure to cancel within 24 hours of the placement to successfully cancel your order.
