Our warranty only covers broken chains and personalized Name Jewelry such as name plates, name rings, name earrings, name bracelets, name anklets and name pendants. We also replace our one-point diamonds free of charge when the displaced diamond is shipped back with the item.
However we will also replace diamond(s) that are lost for at your own costs. This warranty only applies to broken items due to regular wear and expressly excludes coverage of physical abuse and excessive wear and tear, loss and theft. You must have a copy of the receipt or invoice or this warranty will not apply.

  1. Disconnected chains
  2. Displaced stones with returned stones
  3. Broken name plates and other personalized jewelry
  4. Bent Jewelry

Does not cover
  1. Scratched jewelry
  2. Polishing
  3. Cleaning
  4. Missing (lost) stones
  5. Missing/Lost Jewelry

- There are no refunds on extended warranty services
- Warranty service terms are in effect starting from the purchase date
- All repairs will take from 7 to 10 days upon receipt of the item

This extended warranty service also covers all items of Elim Jewelry for defects in manufacturing. and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft. This warranty is only valid at Elim Jewelry. Any improper repair or warranty service that was performed by anyone other than Elim Jewelry, will void this warranty.

Elim Jewelry DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF THIS ITEM, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty is valid only in the U.S.
