- There are no refunds on extended warranty services.
- Warranty service terms are in effect starting from the purchase date.
- All repairs will take from 7 to 10 days upon receipt of the item.
- You must have a copy of the receipt or invoice or this warranty will not apply.
- Warranty will not cover any shipping costs.
This extended warranty service also covers all items of Elim Jewelry for defects in manufacturing. and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft. This warranty is only valid at Elim Jewelry. Any improper repair or warranty service that was performed by anyone other than Elim Jewelry, will void this warranty.
Elim Jewelry DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF THIS ITEM, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty is valid only in the U.S.
